The Audi R8 Clubsport/GT has been spotted testing at the “Green Hell” enveloped in the non-original matte black wrap that has been so popular recently.

Look of Audi R8, the front fascia has been lowered and new angled splitters and reshaped wings have been added. The rear bumper has seen a slight facelift sporting huge, round exhaust and large calipers and large carbon ceramic brakes have also been added.

It has been rumored that the Audi R8 Clubsport will be fitted with carbon fiber bodywork to decrease weight by a couple of hundred pounds and increase the V10’s performance. A change in gearbox to a dual clutch system is also expected.

On the footstep of Citroen, Peugeot will be launching a new sub-brand that will be used on more upmarket models with higher profit margins, similar to Citroen’s DS sub-brand. The new sub-brand will be called hors-série, which is French for ‘custom-made’.

The sexy Peugeot RC-Z will be the first hors-série model; Nasim has also announced its intention to offer it in Malaysia. The next hors-série model will be a wagon version of the new Peugeot 508. The new 508 will replace both the 407 and the 607, and it has been previewed in the form of the 5 by Peugeot concept. The third hors-série model will be unveiled only in 2012.

They will keep the word hors-série in all markets without translating it, much like how Volkswagen uses the tagline Das Auto even in Malaysia, which can sometimes cause some rather amusing conclusion. Das Auto was seems to be a Malaysian-Indian owned Volkswagen dealership as Das is also an Indian name until he saw it in Germany of course.
